Hi Alex, is it not possible to either visit or call your local Building Department (I'm guessing in Brookhaven) and ask for the certificates of occupancy for your property's address?

Hi @James Camp, I found the MLS listing for this property on Realtor.com, and looked up the address in PropStream.  

And, do they come with phone numbers or just mailing addresses?

Be very careful that you have the correct address/contact info for recipient - if you send money via Zelle to the wrong party, there is no recourse - you may not get it back. 

Are they all under 1 legal address?

I know my leases do not address this issue well enough.

Identify that thing that's blocking you and work to address it. 

As I was looking at houses I could text my lender addresses and he would plug the numbers in and tell me what my debt to income ratio would be, what my mortgage would be and if I could make it work.

It also has Pittsburgh addresses broken down by ward.It is trivially easy to sum, sort, and filter this data to see the kinds of information you're asking about.

I assume the owner, lives locally, wants to sell.I have her name and address from Appraisal district.
