House sold as is not all C.O’s
Looking to purchase this property, not allowed inside and MLS says property does not have all C/O's and will bot be obtaining them. House is in mint condition. Looks like they have a finished basement which isnt legal in my area i dont care about that. Just looking for any advice on deals like this. The realtor will not disclose the C/O's needed or missing. House was on the market for a long time for over 100k higher then it is on market now old lady has to sell it soon. Just looking for any advice price, taxes and space all makes business sense. Just never dealt with driveby only no access and will not disclose C/O's needed or has.( which i think is mainly basement)
Thank you.
