New to real estate wholesaling

Andres Ramirez
Posted

I’m looking forward to this New journey,  I understand How it works but there are a few questions in mind that I need help with.
1. Do you need an LLC title to start wholesaling?
2. I’m based out of Northern CA specifically In the Monterey county area, Anyone knows any title/escrow/ real estate businesses that are wholesaler friendly that can help in contracts, double / closing deals?
3. I would appreciate some guidance in making my first deal.

nice to meet you all I hope we can all reach our goals.

Andres, I'm based in Southern CA, so here to network if you source deals down here and need help, and I'll do the same for your area. I've been in the business for 20 years, but I've been in land development and sales to large homebuilders. I'm just starting a wholesaling in platform in Texas and am learning a lot as a I go along. While I think it's good to build your buyer list ASAP, I also believe in jumping into things headfirst sometimes and when you source your first deal, especially once you put it under contract, that will motivate you more than ever to build your buyer list. If the deal is good (decent margin between the purchase price and ARV) then you will find a buyer. Talk soon. IG: la_land_broker 7 southtx_wholesaler
