I am not speaking because I read some book or took some guru's course and maybe one day I will buy a house or two.

can someone suggest ( i mean serisouly suggest ) a good book on commercial property that was written recently and will be very helpful for the first timer?

I would say get it under contract with a contingency to leave upon your inspection Look at the guys books, figure out your financing to see what you'd be paying for mortgage, taxes, maintenance, etc. etc..

But that is not really an excuse at all...Bookstores sell books, and books contain information.

And taking a page from your ex's book to boot!

There are quite a few guide books that contractors and builders use that you can buy yourself.

But I'm am now wondering if you guys can recommend some books that one has to have read to start buying real estate, I'll want to hold my real estate for a long time to generate cash flow and I am not in to quick deals/spekulation.

I've purchased a govt book on grants and been on grants.gov, but I don't see anything for a woman like myself interested in beginning a notes-purchasing business.Have any of you gotten $$ for a notes business?

I just feel like giving them one of my 20 books I bought then see how bad they want to learn.
