REO unit pricing software?
I am a general contractor in central California. I have been doing foreclosure repairs for an investment company for the past 3 years. We have always done our work for them on a T&M basis.
I am now starting to do REO repairs for brokers in my area. I am not sure what the competition is charging for this type of work. I am looking for software that already has pre assigned unit pricing and or time to complete certain tasks.
