@Nettles Mason I can’t say my data skills come close to this level.

This skill while good to have has not really prepared me for Multifamily!

I’ve gained communication skills, task/time management, leadership and training skills, and really discovered a passion for people.

I invest in a market and asset class I know well via methods that align with my skill set, knowledge, mission, vision and purpose.I'm content not to hunt and am no longer in a "growth phase". 

I like to pay people based on the amount of skill required to do the job.

Trying to address the needs of a group of individuals located in different states, with varying skill-sets, diverse levels of experience, and distinct (and often unstated) goals and objectives is a recipe for confusion, frustration and stagnation.Rather than combining your interests into a single business entity, I would urge you each to create your own individual entities and then come together, as needed, to take down deals that specifically require collaboration.At very least, I would suggest that, before spending even one minute on legal documents, you all come together as a weekly MasterMind group for a month or two and see how that goes.

🙄🙄🙄If you are going to offer to work for free tell the person specifically what your skills are and what kinds of things you could do for them that would be benefical to them.

Find a niche that suits your knowledge, skills, and abilities, plan out/test your investment thesis, and work your plan. 

My wife and I work full time, and have often discussed how to best leverage our skill sets and love of buildings into an investment vehicle.
