I do the same amount of exercise as before (walking, skiing, swimming) definintely in the moderate range as compared to some other posters here, but like a lot of folks I spend a fair amount of time being a computer jockey.

The US in in deep sh$#*, out of control spending, falling Dollar not helping much as there is no manufacturing base and other nations do not want to buy anything in the US.The fact that we have lived over our means for so long is catching up with us.

In fact, I also do larger commercial deals and I do not choose to spend any hours during the week painting houses.Be careful casting dispersions before knowing who I am or what you are talking about.

It not only covers your ad, but also the time you spend showing the property, and it covers the time you spend waiting for no-shows (about 50% or more of low to middle income renters will not show up for an appointment even after you have spoken with them on the phone and let them know you will be there waiting for them).

They get me off of the computer and the recliner and lead me to the final goal of being able to spend more time with my family (and my wife doesn't mind me doing all the work I am accomplishing as well :) ).Last month's goals were to paint a room and cover, install and wire into the electrical system smoke alarms, tar paper and shingle the patio.
