Okay since I got into the REI game and realized how much money there is out there I am constantly on the computer comparing deals. And ever since this happen and me passing the state where my matabolism works faster than I eat has gone  , It has all been down hill from there (Or shall I say Fat Hill  )!

I wanted to know what types of power workouts I should do in order to get physically fit and healthy? Mind you I want to be in shape not really bulky or buff, I would like the swimmer look.

1. Forearm
2. Backarm
3. Chest
4. Shoulders
5. Abs
6. Legs
7. Calves
8. Back
9. Wings

Thanks for the input if any! :superman:

I did some reading about Italy sometime ago, and was surprised to hear how healthy they are. Heart disease and many cancers are almost non-existent in many parts. Studies were done on how they eat, and it all comes down to the fact they have an extremely low intake of heavily processed foods. They buy what they need for the next day or two from local stands of fruit, beef, chickens, fish, etc. So not only is it not processed, but its at the highest point of freshness. I imagine not every Italian eats this way, but Im pretty sure major grocery chains arent on every corner.
