I think that they are the scammers , I was literally gone for 2 days , the next door neighbor saw them but didn't saw anything they did tell me it was 4am tho , so I know they are the scammers, I have a permit for some electrical work so other than cutting the power I'm a loss , I think I'm just going to show up with the police at 7am and cut the power and go from there

Include copies of the liens if you have them and the cost it will take to rectify the landscaping and tear down the un-permitted patio if its unsafe as well as other key house components that might not be obvious.

Are you talking about a little metal shed you can buy for a few hundred dollars and build yourself, or are you talking about an actual structure with a foundation (a structure you'd have to get a permit to build)?
