It is much easier to put money in a mutual fund.You'll get better responses if you don't write crazy long questions~ :D Use the search function, as I did to answer your questions.

I work for the fourth largest home builder--NVR Inc. as a Project Manager.I started in finance with a company called, Vanguard (the largest mutual fund company in the US).

@Jack Medfordwhat I can tell you is that after having experience with real estate investing and conventional investment products (stocks and mutual funds), I was just not comfortable recommending those types of investments that neither I, nor my clients had control over.

Now only if I could focus on the detail instead of feel like I am up for trial or investigation, that would be great, and probably most beneficial to everyone who actually is interested and wants to learn. :-)Did I recently launch a mastermind group?

There are a lot of steps when selling property after negotiating a mutually agreeable price and terms.  

A 1031 will not work back into US I believe and curious if forms of equity swap or other methods can be mutually beneficial.  

I want to get into real estate because it seems the most secure and beneficial way to help my family and lead the life style I want.
