Hello fellow Bp members!

My name is Chris, I work full time in Ventura and have recently decided to jump head first into real estate. I 'm looking for any helpful information on the best way to get started, other than reading and educating myself. Should I get my RE license first? Should flipping be the strategy to start with? What is the best way to find a good mentor? Thank you for any replies, I look forward to starting this new and exciting journey!
