The problem is when you actively take a roll in trying to cause them to not be able to rent hence making them relocate from the area you are doing so with what the courts would call malicious intent.

yeah Fannie mae has limits and they are posted on the website. it's 75% LTV or 100% of HUD whichever is lower.loan limits change based on asset type and purchase intent, as usual, I suggest going through their lending pages to know what's what.
