Looks like some Atlanta condo building is fighting its residents over Airbnb ... and this building happens to be a condominium where numerous state legislators own.

Let's say that's inline with the Market Cap Rate.Now, you but the property and then you go to the County and fight and win a reduction of your Property Tax by $1k.

This is what the new law would impose.I don't know how Air works completely and have read a little on BP about others who are more immersed.Maybe this is to curb RE investors somehow, I don't know....Likely AirBNB will fight this....

Those that own or become AirBnB entrepreneurs have no incentive to fix this problem.However, because there are a LARGE amount of Rent Protected Renters and Market Renters, they can only fight back by using their Voting power.

I always make myself available to help in anyways that I am capable of within reason; several people on this site can attest to that.

I still fight with the idea, and probably will until we either sell the parks or try it.

If you have to capabilities to sell first I would recommend that route.
