This law is absolutely unconscionable and in my view is a pure and simple taking.

We have an epic problem of the whole neighborhood viewing the parking lot of my 34 unit as the party destination to be at.

I am not sure how the law views evictions versus failure to renew, but in my limited experience getting someone out of a place they legally lived at any time in the past is through eviction.

This typically means people take more ownership of there neighborhood and puts you in a better position for long term gains in increased property value. at least thats how I view it in my head.5.
