loitering & partying

Any answers to this? We have an epic problem of the whole neighborhood viewing the parking lot of my 34 unit as the party destination to be at. It's out of control. Drinking, drugs, fireworks and firecrackers, cars galore! It's out of control!! HELP!! There is no live in management or maintenance.

We are evicting problem tenants but people come anyway, even if they are not direct friends with people that live there. We've called the police to increase patrols, But the partiers just drift into the dark corners and mostly disperse when the police come through, and re-congregate 5 minutes after they leave. The property is 2 acres and surrounded by trees.

Are no loitering or trespassing laws enforceable? Can you tow non tenant vehicles after a certain hour? The property is in georgia. Any suggestions would be appreciated
