Now you said you don't have business cards yet and I thought to give you a link to a thread below about business cards!

As I'm sure you know, there are a number of reasons that homes are priced below market value.

(read: closed clique which supports each other and votes for each other) I ran for office because of a problem (not the one below) I saw when I went to appeal a decision against me.

And if Countrywide doesn't provide a commission, then you should be able to point to a 3% drop in price below market value to compensate.
