It's great to have you, have you tried attending your local REIA or checking the local forums? 

I purchased a hud property in south BR while attending LSU. 

I have more flexibility with my job this year so I'm looking to attend a few seminars.

My bar tabs were often a lot cheaper then the cost to attend, but I would often end up making some great connections and get invited to after hour dinners and parties and often waltz into the the meetings on day two and day three when the registration crew was a lot lighter.

I promised myself to attend a DIG group this year.

One event will be held in your state I am attending the one in NYC as that is where I am from.

I would like to buy into a Duplex/Triplex but would have to be in the Hagerstown area as Baltimore there are not many in my price range.I found a real estate investing meeting coming up on February 15th in Columbia, Maryland that I plan on attending to start meeting investors in the area.I look forward to meeting people to continue to grow my network and learn more about real estate investing.

We have skiers, YNP tourists, travelers on I-90, business people in town, scientists attending seminars at our research university...
