I think one of the reasons so many of us are anti-guru, anti-seminar, anti-whatever, is that we've seen it all go horribly wrong so many times, and also have to put up with a lot of the "I'm so fired up because I just paid $25,000 for a mentorship (which you don't find out about until later) and you should come invest all your money with me even though I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing!"

It seems like the only way to find out is to call the agent for each listing that might work; a tedious task.

We do have a few contractors helping us out with some of the tasks, so that's good.One thing I will mention is we weren't supposed to be moving for another month, after vacation, but due to various issues with the tenants things changed.The moral of the story is don't procrastinate or it will come back to bite you.
