I'm looking for ideas on how to sell a tenanted property. Our issue is our investing strategy has changed from when we purchased this as our first buy and hold rental investment and we are looking to move this property in order to fully execute our amended plan. The property is stable (no repairs, no differed maintenance, tenants are great) and is in a very desirable area for families wiht great schools, first-time homebuyers, and appreciating well. The catch is there is 1 year left on the lease. Thoughts? Has anyone had luck putting a tenanted property on the MLS or is there a separate website for investor purchases? What are the landmines I should watch out for?

Thanks!
