I would post it here, but every time I answer someone's question and point them to the appropriate resource I get flagged somehow by BP for self promotion even though most the resources I suggest have nothing to do with me, then nobody benefits from hearing about the resource but that's BP's loss I guess.

Celso Balan depending on the size of the job, you can look at sites like Homeadvisor, Anglieslist, Thumbtack, etc where you will find contractors with ratings.

Hello BP,I am looking at a number of distressed properties to potentially purchase and rehab, and am wondering what is the accepted practice for getting bids on the property, as far as what point in the process do you get a contractor out to the site to provide a bid?  

So from the buyer's/borrower's perspective is there a relevant difference between buying on a cfd vs.
