Does Anyone have a New Jersey Contract for Wholesaling?
Hello All,
Does anyone have a real estate NJ contract for assigning? Apparently, the standard agreement from the board of realtors isn't assignable.
Thank you in advance!!!

I believe the standard contract says the contract is assignable with permission of the seller. You could always cross it out, initial and add"this contract is assignable."
