I'm trying to build my cash buyers list and I purchased a list of buyers off of list source and skip traced that list and got the phone numbers.

Is the property management to provide an additional service to clients, and do they only manage clients’ property, always answer the phone, and avoid marking up maintenance costs?

I am an experienced investor in Houston, very busy, I don’t think they let me leave my phone number or email?
