First Investment Property Question?
Is it actually possible to purchase an investment property without using any of my money? Following interviews and podcasts with Robert Kiyosaki and he mentions multiple times about “Good debt” and “Bad Debt” so is it actually possible to obtain a property without any of my own money down?

It's possible, but an unlikely scenario. You might be able to convince a seller to hold the mortgage note (ie seller financing) and have you pay them in regular installments, but even in this scenario the seller would typically request some sort of initial down payment. I've heard of syndication deals in which a few investors put up 100% of the cash for a purchase and have a non-cash-investor who is exclusively responsible for managing the renovations without contributing any cash.
