Most of the properties we sell are purchased by buyers who already own property nearby the one you are selling.You can get a list of properties for sale in the regular spots like zillow and trulia or dig deeper at the county.We find tons of buyers for our product type at landwatch.com and landandfarm.comIf you are wholesaling homes, look for the we "buy houses people" in craigslist.

Was a good investment, made $50K in rental and over $100K in appreciation, but was just not a property I wanted in the portfolio, was a real problem child.Really taught me that there are sweet spots in property types for rentals.

That would also make a great spot for an 'appliance garage' just to the left of refer on the new piece of counter top.6)If you did go with a slide in range (no backspalsh) I would make the wall behind it 42" high, and have that flow into the raised 'snack bar seating' on the end of peninsula.

Out here in Southern California we just had a very unusual 4 days of rain and a renter called me and said their carpet was wet and they couldn't find the source.Luckily it was in the corner of the house and the wet spot was only about 1' x 1'.
