I agree higher rent is the primary pay back on energy efficiency upgrades. unfortunately many landlords do not monopolise on th eupgrade expences.

There's lots of ways to do it, so I'd recommend doing some research on what's going to be most efficient/cost effective for you (your own site, going through Lodgify, another book-direct site, etc.)
