Best way to hands-off manage property ?

I had a major plumbing issue on Christmas Day which needed my attention immediately. I’m looking for the best way to deal with contractors gaining entrance to the property with a The different keys needed.

Do you guys just leave multiple lock boxes with all the different keys if you “self manage” but would prefer to just call contractors for issues like that?

I self manage and 99% of the time would do the repair myself. If a contractor is required I would be at the property to let them in if I had a tenant that was not home or could not be trust to manage a contractor on their own. Highly unlikely I would be calling a contractor on Xmas day for a plumbing problem, I would be doing that repair myself.

As a self managing landlord you are on call 24/7/365. Xmas day is no exception.
