Handyman/Contractors Tough to keep around

Hello, I have been a more difficult time than ever in regards to keeping or finding a RELIABLE handyman/contractor to do rehab work for rehab properties I purchase in Florida. They either never show or never answer the phone etc. I know this isn't anything new for investors I just wanted to see if anyone may know of some reliable ones or have any suggestions for finding some that are trustworthy and do great efficient work.
