I don't try to discourage people from asking questions but I will say that certain questions especially when you can find the answer easily give off a certain impression. In this case, it comes off you are very "green" because its the wrong question you should be asking. The number of spaces really doesn't matter but generally the more lots you have the more opportunity you have to keep your expense ratio low. You really have to look at each deal individually.
