This is due to vacancies created by bad carpet and the need to have the unit unoccupied to make a carpet change.

It is not in a bad area of town.  

We value quality over quantity and working with owners/investors who “get it” and are open to our input and control in order to help them succeed as we are VR owners/operators ourselves.- residential sales/buyers agent for out of state visitors who may transition into snowbirds and/or 2nd home investment propertiesWe’ve already spoken to attorneys and it seems we have “very good questions”.

We don't want them on the site -- we would rather forego the revenue for a quality user experience.

Anyone have any some personal insight and experience with Canglow Windows & Doors Inc  and the quality of their work?

I'm not too sure of how the houses are as far as structural quality, but they don't seem too terrible from the road either.

If it's true I can cash flow there WITH a property manager in place, and it's at least a B neighborhood in terms of safety and tenant quality, then I will run, not walk, to invest there (I won't live there most likely).

It's a beautiful city with good quality of life, and prices are much lower than the DC area. 

SWEET.ANYWAY, when buying especially your first property buy something of quality that you 'would' choose to live in and rent to tenants you thoroughly check out: verify income, pay stubs and 3 mos of bank checking account statements!!  

I've had lots of bad experiences with property mangers, but if you have a good one to recommend who needs more units, I'd appreciate the tip.Thanks AllJon
