I live in denver, co. And bought my condo in Colorado Springs. I need cheap carpet or wood\lamonet. Maybe used or left over. Please let me know a connect. Thank you! So excited on my first property!!! Ahh

@Crystal Wilson carpet almost always has the lowest initial cost and the highest lifecycle costs. This is due to vacancies created by bad carpet and the need to have the unit unoccupied to make a carpet change. If you lose out on a months rent it makes other low maintenance flooring much more competative. 

Carpet also holds odors which can be a real turn-off for prospective tenants as well.

Figure out who your target tenant is and then install the flooring they want. You will never be sorry about doing that.

I know you can only do what you can do but don't lose sight of the big picture.
