Hi BP,

I am a tax lien investor who is now a reluctant property owner in my SD401K.  Looking to monetize newly acquired properties as rental in the short term. I've had lots of bad experiences with property mangers, but if you have a good one to recommend who needs more units, I'd appreciate the tip.

Thanks All

Jon
