Should anyone from the South Texas area wish to arrange a Cash Flow 101 game, I would gladly be willing to setup a game at a local venue to chat and learn about our investing habits.  

I'm still making really good deals here and there, but I'm having a lot more pie in the sky type chats with people, and the deals that I'm getting need some real work to make winners. 

At BP, not only can you network with other investors, you can watch and learn from the free online videos and courses that BP has to offer.

I just watched a video of Seth's that was quite helpful where he interviews another land investor.

After watching some online-course video clips at BP, I realized learning from a big map is the best start for me to learn something brand new, rather than digging holes on every single aspect.I'm glad that I've found BiggerPockets, a great platform and opportunity for RE investors from all over the world to share, learn, and network online, especially someone new in the industry like me who is shy and doesn't feel comfortable to actively approach "strangers" in reality due to the personality.If there's anybody here from Canada as well, I will be more than happy to connect with you.

Before actually joining BP I would watch their youtube videos on a weekly basis.
