It's located in a gated community, with a golf course called Plantation Country Club.....the realtor I have it with also lives in the community and tells me she doesn't know anyone that does financing for mobile homes.

My lease doesn't address that, unfortunately....know I know to add that clause.

Owner financing wouldn't work because he obviously doesn't own the property free and clear.

I doubt my loan officer will approve another $500k on top of my existing $200k loan if the 9 unit mixed-used building doesn't appraise for what the current math says it must appraise for: $700k.

Shaker is making me replace a 3 car garage that doesn't need replacing. 

This doesn't have to mean $, but what can building a relationship do to help both parties have more success.
