Hi everyone, I'm new to real estate and I'm looking for a mentor that is willing to help me get started. I'm willing and ready to put in the time but I'm tired of getting scammed by different companies out there and am looking for someone genuine that I can ask questions and bounce ideas off of. I'm looking to start wholesaling first to build my capital and then begin to flip homes. I'm very excited, am a hard worker, and willing to jump in and learn! Please help, Jannell
