Selling Mobile Home in Pharr, TX

Hello all: I'm selling a Mobile Home I own in Pharr, TX. Pharr, TX is next to McAllen, TX down in the valley and many winter Texans live in this area. It's located in a gated community, with a golf course called Plantation Country Club.....the realtor I have it with also lives in the community and tells me she doesn't know anyone that does financing for mobile homes. She's saying it'd have to be a cash deal and that's going to be hard to find....anyone know banks that do financing for mobile homes?? Or any advise you can give me would help since I'm not an expert in this field, thanks!
