How should I go about getting started, until I graduate I guess I'm still in the planning stages but I'd like to create some type of a short term and a long term plan.

One of the best school zones in Texas, very rich area. 

Our town generally sees 10%+ appreciation every year since it’s a very desirable school district. we would like to be able to sell each side of the duplex individually to collectively be able to sell them for much more money.  

What advice do you have for a recent college graduate such as myself?

I’m taking my time before graduating from UC to learn the ins and outs of investing.

As the father of 4 little kids...I think we need remote schooling that works, in addition to remote work, before this can happen for "regular people."

My wife and I are both in school for the next 2-3 years or so and are looking to get our first property close to campus.

Hey so, I’ve been interested in getting into the life of real estate investing but I have never went to school for it and I only done my own research on it and feel like I don’t qualify to get into this.

My son will be graduating in June, so next Fall when this kitchen re-do will be complete will be the first year, our son isn't in the house.

The Homewood school system is great and the proximity to revitalized downtown Birmingham is fantastic.
