Anyone have views on Humewood as a city to invest in? I have an offer I’m about to put in on an apartment there but not too familiar with the city. 3 bed 1 bath.

Our office is on Oxmoor Road in Homewood and it's really a great part of Birmingham...I would say 85% of it is A class property. The Homewood school system is great and the proximity to revitalized downtown Birmingham is fantastic.
