Hello BP,

My name is Darius. I am currently based in Germany (dad is active duty) I have also recently finished my masters program. I am keen to start my journey into investing in real estate but I do not know where to start and  I don't have much of credit history. How, Who, Where do I go to start? Who Should I contact to start? What advice do you have for a recent college graduate such as myself?
