This goes for gas furnaces (with forced air heating ducts) and gas water heaters too. 

I think the fact that he gave you advance notice he couldn’t pay shows he at least has some respect for you as his landlord.

Hello,Curious if anyone has any experience with using things like baseboard heat instead of spending $$$$ on installing $6k HVAC systems in their rental properties?
