Hi All, I have a deal for a manufactured home.

The salesman at Coburn's told me my water heater went out just in time because in about 1-2 weeks now new federal regulations go in effect that require manufacturers to add a minimum of 1" insulation built into the shell of all water heaters. 

I am currently living in a manufactured home.

@Stephanie Irto Yes, the HOA was suing the 3 builders of the community for various manufacturing defects. 1 of the builders has settled and the other 2 haven't reached an agreement yet.

I audited many different types of companies, banks, hospitals, a restaurant group, a timber management organization, manufacturers, etc.

I second Sketchup, however, if you're looking to use specific cabinet types, usually the manufacturers might offer something.
