Manufactured homes. Are they worth it?
hello everyone so I searched the forums but could not really find an answer to my question. My question is are MH worth while if they are 1980 and newer and not in a park. In my local area and outlying area there are literally hundreds of MH on homesite outside of parks. from what i have heard and read they depreciate much faster than stick built homes and buyers have a hard time getting banks to loan on them. Is there any truth to this or is this a case of the naysayers trying to scare me out of the money pot?
