New to Bigger Pockets from Indiana

New to Bigger Pockets but not new to investing. Used to mingle around some of the other forums about 7-10 years ago. Thought maybe I would participate in some of them again, but when I visited them, there was hardly anyone posting.

I have read some of the blogs on BP over the years, but that's about it. Was amazed at the amount of people on here. Looking forward to being a part of it and contributing however I can.

We invest throughout the Midwest in apartments and manufactured housing communities. Also, actively involved in raising private capital to fund investment projects.

Hopefully I have some insight I can share with others as well as learning some new things myself.

@Brandon Turner I must say the site here is definitely a step above some of the other sites and forums, I used to be a part of. They have not changed much, if at all, in the last ten years, other than their membership seems to be smaller.

Like the keyword feature, but selected a few too many. Have way more alerts than I need. Hopefully, I can contribute in a positive way to what you already have going on here.
