I've been exploring a few different resources that I have heard of but I'm just curios if there is something that is the best/ most user friendly as this current time?

I have thought about exploring seller financing because of it.

If that's something you wanted to explore the next best step would be to build a team.

Hi all I am new to BP,I am wondering if anyone can guide me in the right direction to explore financing options for foreigners. 

They clearly dont have the money or dont plan on giving it to me so I will definitely explore this cash for keys option, but I'm not sure it will work...

After exploring a range of options, my family and I decided to move from our current home to a newly purchased home on a residential loan.

Spend some time exploring the forums, listening to podcasts, and reading books (on the bigger pockets podcast they ask every guest what their favorite real estate investing book is, so that's a great place to start!).

Your best option is exploring a small local bank or credit union (3 branches or less).

I will keep that in mind though I think it might be easier than you think if you explore the forum for a while and get to know some people.
