Is San Antonio Market Good to Invest in?

Morning everybody, Hope you guys are doing well during this crisis. I am 18 years old and currently in the Seattle market.

My plan is to move to a different market in the future. I am looking into learning more about the San Antonio market.

Is San Antonio a good market to be in for cash flow and  small multifamily? Any advice on the market?

Thank you for your time!
