What Are You Seeing for Commercial Lending Rates - Midwest

What interest rates are we seeing in the Midwest for Commercial Lending Rates? We're in WI and closed a deal at 4.875, and are in the middle of closing another, but not exactly sure what it will come out too. Between 4.5% - 4.75% is our estimate. Anybody else?

Looking forward to hearing what everybody has experienced recently?

Eric

Wisconsin. Minnesota. Iowa. Illinois, Michigan. Interest Rates.

I appreciate the insight @Jody Sperling! Good to know you've seen 4.25%. We've used the same lenders and maybe to our fault, have not shopped around, so wanted to gain an understanding of what others are experiencing. Smart move!
