I'm debating about getting rid of the contractor I hired to paint.

It wouldn't be the main issue I'm thinking about when I'm debating whether to use a PA LLC or a foreign LLC.

There's a big debate on where it should fall, and this option would allow both sides to have what they want. 

We all debate morality and all of that but MONEY TALKS with these agents.

In small towns when you put up a craigslist gigs ad for painters, carpenters etc, no one has insurance.Reading here, having contractors sign a Contractor Agreement that shields the investor from the contractor claiming they where en employee, its debatable whether an injury on your project whether this contractor agreement will be of any value. 

This is particularly helpful for me as I'm about to start my first 1031 Exchange and was debating between purchasing multiple properties in mediocre areas vs one property in an area with a strong history of consistent appreciation.

Wholesalers never send them anything because the arguments and debates over cheapest option are exhausting. 

I've spent the last couple hours looking through old threads and it seems like this is a heavily debated topic that I wasn't able to determine an answer to. 

Property Management is a line item I've had some internal debate over as well.
