Anybody have an out of state LLC operating in Pennsylvania?
Hi guys,
Does anybody have a foreign LLC (an out of state LLC) holding ( owning/operating) a Pennsylvania property?

To answer your other questions, i have bought using an llc, never went the route of buying under personal name then transferring. As far as the Passive part, that is correct, if you hire a PM and do not manage your properties or do any work on your properties but basically collect your income, then you do not have to register as a foreign llc, that's the way i read the law, maybe @Chris K. could read what i posted about registering a foreign llc and if it is necessary if it is for passive gain only, and have some input as to whether or not i have been reading that right.
