There is a much better way for you to avoid all of these issues and never be concerned with any loan origination issue.Form an LLC as a flipper RE investing entity, not as a lender.Since you say all of your business will be from other flippers you are not targeting the general public but a small slice of RE Investors.Approach your customer/client and most will be in an LLC.

If you have a good customer in mind, and they want to work with you on the design/build, that might be a great fit.But I don't think the model is mainstream enough yet to be developing these types of properties (SRO or shared housing) "on spec".

Now our Governor has reduced the State Budget and stripped many municipalities of State aid used towards education.The municipalities are pulling their "emergency buttons" rather than make substantial cuts in expenses.Seems now the shortfall was thrown on us.Irvington just hit us with a 17% tax increase.

I understand.Spelling errors, and grammar, are pretty much on the poster to check before they hit the post button so I can't complain about mistakes that slip through there.Personally, I sometimes want to go back and clarify something I've written that seemed clear to me, but isn't to everyone else.
