I have been reading BP articles and listening to the podcast and I've learned a lot.

A recent article detailing the development plans of the new Detroit Red Wings arena and surrounding area covering 45 blocks including apartments, restaurants, and office buildings shows promise for the city's new super-sized entertainment district.

Coincidently I was just reading an article on Bloomberg about ownership rate for older households (80% which is 2x other groups).  

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

What is your response to the following article?

The articles here are wealth of info and am overwhelmed. 

That said I have also read a lot of articles about Gurus such as Fortune Builders who give beginners a good base of information, but all in all are more so looking to get you to pay for their products.

This is my first post on BP but I've been reading articles for a while now.
