Does anyone use or know of a good text campaign software that can be used to remind your tenants of upcoming rent or general reminders?

Here in Hawaii I can’t find anything on the county courts webpages for public filings and the Star Advertisers listings don’t allow for historical data pulls, at least from what I can see.

If you want to look straight at the numbers, mathematics, you have a much better chance at succeeding by building a website, make it credible, drive manual traffic to your site (paid advertising/ppc) and convert leads into deals....vs D4D.

I do zero follow up, no skip tracing, no figuring out which color card to use, no waiting, no wondering if my campaign will ever get me leads.

Funny enough I have yet to get a single lead from advertising.

Maybe I should consider adding that into my advertising as a shark free area of the Cape.
